WORDS FROM THE HAWKS:
This was a week of testing for our bunch. We missed a lot of free throws that could have given us a chance to be in the game against Lynn and with Barry we were very heavy in turnovers. We are still figuring out rotations and we are having some players step into their roles, Courtney Lumpkins had a great two days and Ariyah Brooks came out in the second game strong after missing all the preseason games. I am looking forward to this upcoming week as we take Oakwood and Georgia College before entering conference play. Our girls are working hard and buying into the culture of the team. – Coach Brooks
