Hawks Fall to Choctaw in Tough Conference Matchup

The Shorter Hawks Women's Soccer team suffered a tough 8-0 loss to Mississippi College on Sunday at Ben Brady Field. 

The Hawks saw the game slip away early, with the Choctaws striking five goals in the first 45 minutes of regulation. In the second half, the Hawks continued to fight hard but surrendered three more goals to the Choctaw to seal the contest. 

The Hawks will travel to Valdosta State University to take on the Blazers on Friday, Sept. 23, with Kickoff set for 7 pm.
