Lady Hawks Slashed By Lady Chargers

ROME, Ga.— Shorter softball hosted University of Alabama in Huntsville for a GSC weekend series. The Lady Chargers took both games on Saturday with final scores of 11-0 and 8-0.
 
Game 1 UAH 11 SU 0
The Lady Chargers scored in every inning except the first. The Lady Hawks recorded a total of four hits. Angela Cecere, Kaylee George, Hope Short, and Paytn Cripps each added in one hit.
 
Game 2 UAH 8 SU 0
UAH kept the bats going in game two with a total of 12 hits on eight runs. Shorter recorded four hits. Hannah Morales, Payton Tuder, Alexis Sewell and Cecere each added in one hit.

The Lady Hawks will finish out the series on Sunday with senior day and first pitch slated for 1p.m.
