ROME, Ga.- The Lady Hawks were back in action at home for a matchup with the Lady Falcons of Montevallo. While this game was close throughout, but the Lady Falcons pulled away in the end winning 75-65.

Jasmine Gaines led the Lady Hawks with 20 points and seven rebounds. Azaria Howard scored 16 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Alana Moore also recorded seven rebounds. ­The Lady Hawks outscored the Lady Falcons in the paint (42-32) and second chance points (13-12). Shorter led Montevallo in free throw percentage (83.3% - 68.2%) and shot 61.54 percent from the field in the fourth quarter.

The Lady Hawks will take on the Lady Tigers of West Alabama in the Winthrop-King Centre on Wednesday February 9^th at 5:30 PM.
