Lady Hawks Struggle at #22 West Florida

PENSACOLA,Fla.— Shorter Softball finished out the series against West Florida on Sunday. The Lady Hawks fell 8-0 in the final game of the series.
 
With the series loss, Shorter falls to 4-12 overall, 1-5 GSC while West Florida improves to 11-3 overall, 6-0 GSC.
 
The Lady Hawks recorded three hits with two of them from Taylor Phillips, one of those a double. Angela Cecere recorded one double to go 1-3. Carlee Graham and Izzy Kinard each drew one walk.
 
Leaders for the Lady Argos include Erin Moon going 3-3 at the plate with two doubles.

Shorter will head to Georgia College for a non-conference mid week doubleheader on Tuesday with first pitch slated for 4p.m.
