Catching up from the past three matches, the Lady Hawks defeated Lee University at home (3-0), and dropped matches at Valdosta State (0-3) and Alabama at Huntsville (2-3). In the match against Lee, the Hawks got stronger each set winning the first set 25-17, second set 25-16, and finally putting away the Lady Flames 25-11 in the third set.

Madison Sprosty had 12 digs to contribute to the Lady Hawks' win. Shorter will wrap up the regular season play this week as Union University will come to Rome Thursday (11/3) for a 6:00 pm match. Friday night, the Lady Hawks will celebrate Senior Night as they host Christian Brothers University at 6:00 pm for their final home match.
