FORT VALLEY, Ga- The Hawks traveled to Fort Valley, Ga and pulled out the win to beat the Wildcats 73-59. The Wildcats outscored the Hawks 35-34 in the first half but the Hawks turned it around in the second half by outscoring the Wildcats 39-24. The Hawks had 30 points in the paint, 14 points off of turnovers, and 6 fast break points. The Hawks led the Wildcats in field goal percentage with 36.2 percent. Jay Shropshire led the team with 20 points followed up by Jaden Dunham with 16 points. Mark Wilcox, Jr pulled down 15 rebounds followed by Ja'Cori Wilson who had 11 rebounds. Jay Shropshire led the team with four assists and three steals against the wildcats. 

The Hawks will continue their away game road trip playing against Trevecca Nazarene University on Saturday at 5pm.
