Rome, Ga- Shorter Women's Soccer finished their season on the road this weekend playing two tough conference opponents, the University of West Georgia and Valdosta State University.
With a tough match against the University of West Georgia the women were out shot 27 to 4. Both
Emily Lopez and
Sydney Durham were in goal for the Hawks only allowing 3 goals out of 9 shots on goal.
Danielle Forsythe,
Erin Carter and
Haley Cox came in with shots against the Wolves with one shot on goal total.
On Saturday the women traveled down to Valdosta, Ga to take on Valdosta State another tough conference competitor.
Erin Carter, Bianca Martins da Silva,
Rylind Robinson,
Aisling Cumming and
Kristina Evans all had shots on goal against the Blazers.
Emily Lopez was in for all 90 minutes of the game with 8 saves and only allowing 3 goals throughout the game.
