The Lady Hawks opened the second half with back-to-back goals from Perrone and Pridemore to extend their lead to 16-2 with 25:47 remaining. While, over the next twelve minutes the teams traded goals, with St. Vincent added three to cut into the lead, 18-5, but that was as close they'd get as Shorter rattled off four straight – including the first of the year from Bailey Skiles and Aubrey Geiger – to give the Lady Hawks a 22-5 advantage.

The Bearcats added a final goal in the final seconds for the 22-6 final score.

In total, the Lady Hawks outshot St. Vincent 31-20 and held a 29-15 advantage in the shots on goal; while leading ground balls 22-19 and in draw controls 18-8.
