Livingston, Ala. -- The season came to an end Friday night as the Hawks fell to West Alabama, 1-0, in the semifinals of the Gulf South Conference Tournament.
Shorter finishes the season with an 8-9-2 overall record and a 5-3-1 conference mark. While the Tigers will take a 9-6-2 record in the Sunday's conference championship game against West Florida.
It was hard fought game for the Hawks, who tallied 11 shots to West Alabama's 10. And, despite placing 7 on goal couldn't get past Tiger's keeper Brad Louis, who made a save on each of those shots. Shorter's
