On the women's side at the GSC XC Championship, Shea Spicher finished second overall in the women's 5k race with a time of 18 minutes, 26.95 seconds; which was just six seconds behind Alabama Huntsville's Vicky Winslow, who took home the women's individual championship with a time of 18:20.78.
