Rome, GA. – The Shorter Women's Lacrosse team faced off against the Spartans from Missouri Baptist University at Home on Tuesday afternoon. The Lady Hawks ended up losing 15-12.

SUMMARY:
The first quarter was a slow start for the Lady Hawks who went 5-0 down in less than 10 minutes. However,
Olivia Contento was able to stop the run with an unassisted goal in the last minutes of the quarter. The second quarter saw an improvement from the Lady Hawks with them staying level with the Spartans at 3 goals apiece. They went into half-time 8-4 down.
