Brittni Dulaney

Brittni Dulaney begins her seventh year as head coach of the Shorter University women's lacrosse program.

Dulaney, a Rome native who played her prep lacrosse at Darlington School, has led the Lady Hawks to two third place finishes in the NWLL Championship Play-Offs, as well as was named 2011 NWLL Coach of the Year.

In 2013, the women's lacrosse team captured the NWLL's South Region regular season championship, after completing one of it's best seasons to date. The Lady Hawks went 11-4 overall on the season, and 6-1 in it's final season as a member of the NWLL.

Dulaney began playing lacrosse at Darlington where she was a three-time All-State selection and three-time team Most Valuable Player while also earning Academic All-America honors in her junior and senior seasons.

Dulaney went on to play collegiate lacrosse at NCAA Division I Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C., where she scored 87 goals and registered 120 points in her career with the Blue Hose.

She was named Rookie of the Year in 2007 and to the National Lacrosse Conference All-Tournament Team as a co-captain in both her junior and senior seasons. Dulaney tied for the team-lead in goals (28) as a junior and led the Blue Hose in assists (25) as a senior.

As a senior, Dulaney ranked 27th in the country in assists and 31st in assists per game.

Dulaney graduated from Presbyterian in May of 2010 with a degree in Mathematics.
